Theses seem to have some lift to them.. Dont know much about them.

that has to be a somewhat new and different design. Most bags of that size are rated for a hell of alot more weight, have 1/4 ports, and will hold alot more pressure. But I bet someone designed that one for our kinda application.

you talkin to me?

If your talking to me about the double bellow semi bags your right. They are rated for a helluva lot more than a firestone #2600. Also most of the semi bags have 3/8" ports.

hey Drag, is your frame step notched or just c-notched?
dragnasty   +1y
Its step notched....Its actually set up for 22"s

right on, how much of your bed is cut out? I am going back and forth, from a C to a step, especially since I am going to be towing a serious trailer...

I could pull an enclosed goose neck or bumper hitch as long as my motor would handle it. You can do a strong step notch. I pulled a 18ft car trailer with another full size on it with my old singlecab step side that was bagged.
I didnt cut my bed until I did my gooseneck hitch. I just raised the whole floor.

gotcha, I am still trying to decide. I have just been worried about a bag failure or something that would cause the truck to slam and destroy the car/truck on the trailer or even worse hurt someone.

That is my hesitation with the step notch. I guess in all reality though, if I use a solid semi bag, it would take a lot to blow it out.

I don't know, anyone else have thoughts?
