your my hero, remind me to buy you something nice if by chance i run into you outside of the internet forum! i'm guessing thats part of a beltech kit then? i was going to undertake this operation at a buddys shop (because i don't have a weilder here) but if it's all bolt on's then i could do it here and drive over to have the c notch installed (just have to watch out for pot holes till i drive 3 miles up the road) .....sweet ass sweet!

also will stock shocks work on a 3 inch spring drop on the front? (for like a week or 2?)

no prob bro.. ill take a 12 pack at any show LOL

you could run stock shocks..... if you like bottming out all the time.... you might be able to get away with it if you were just puttin 3 " springs but not springs and controlarms/spindels

and just some FYI belltech doesnt make a shock if you are using a drop control arm.. you will have to get it all together amd measure how much travel you will need and just get some from a napa or somethign along those lines... at least thats what i have run into.

gonna go 3 inch springs and 3 inch beltech drop spindels for the front. and for the c notch i can do that wile the springs / rearend is in right?? cause all your doing for the c notch is weilding a plate on then cutting out the frame, i don't see how it would make a difference if there was tension on it??? now if you cut the frame first then put the c-notch on then i could see it being a problem...

if you do have tension on it make damn sure you dont take the bed off or move it at all while you are cuttin it cuase you are cuttin a pretty decent sized chunk out and the frame wil either sag or go up. depending on how you have the jackstands....

honestly it would be easier to do the c notch with the spring oput and the rearend down all teh way so you would have more room. put a set of jackstand under the cab towards the back and then a set at the very rear. with the weight distrubuted evenly.
