i think we need to think of a way to let new people into the group we have instead of just (hi welcome to the site) we need to make them work for it.. and if the suceed then there allowed to talk and ask questions

I think thats basically the way its been going.

We give all the rookies hell. After all the abuse, only the really cool ones keep posting.

I think I got some crap flung at me in the begining. Just the way the forum flows.

We do a pretty good job of weeding 'em out. I think we got a pretty good group here. We all get along. Theres no drama. We all have a mutual respect for one another. We don't need everyone and their brother posting here turning it into SSM.
