Well, you have that little clip, and you have that wedge looking piece that gets secured with the allen bolt.
Remove the wedge and stick that little clip in first up against the caliper so that the "ears" wrap around the caliper and face toward the front of the truck. Then push the wedge in behind it until it seats, then put the allen head back in. The wedge might take a little bit of persuasion via ball peen hammer, but it will go.
Seriously though, you should only have to tap it in. If your beating on it, somethings wrong.
