na sorry nothing really worth showing....have grinded about a gallon of Bondo out of just the rear cab corners and got them re-body worked...moved on to the roof...looks like somebody musta danced on it....but its getting there slowly....and finally got my motor tuned where it will idle....I did get my bike painted though ill post pics in a few days

not a whole lotta progress on this thing...got a new bed and got it on...few questions to the box dually owners out there...there arent any around here for me to check out....my bed sits flush with cab on right side and sticks out alittle on driver side past cab....all bed bolts line up but it bothers me....also has any other box owner had a problem with the passenger side fender being closer to the tire than the driver side...all cab mounts are in and lined up yet my clearance is alot better on driver side...causeing me a clearance problem on passenger side and i cant figure out why its like that...anybody else experienced this?

few pics

on most fleet side trucks the beds are slightly wider at the cab for some reason. Back when I down body work,we just split the difference.

i got the same problem with my bed but the other way around. And i also have clearance issues too with the tire to the fiberglass fender. But i just have a panhard bar. And its closer on the driver side. My bed and all four doors are not alined and also my front clip is just snuged on. So i really dont know but atleast someone else has the same issue.

oh yeah- that too. Looks awesome.

yea sorry forgot to specify...the clearance issue is on the front wheels...rears clear great....and thanks for the compliments guys maybe ill finish this thing before i die....kinda depressed right now cause all my boys are at Laid out at the park right now and im sittin at home cause my truck aint done

ok guys...im a grown man and i can admit defeat....and this specific truck has defeated me....my LS motor has a cylinder thats down on compression...the frame is bent at the rear...i have bent the hell outta the left rocker....and the truck is eat up with rust once i got all the bondo sanded off it....so i surrender....but not for long....i scored the find of my lifetime today....a 1991 3500 crew cab long bed SRW truck at my buddys father-in-laws house....upon further inspection it has a 1993 12 Valve Cummins already swapped in with atleast 30k miles put on it...this thing has been sittin in the same spot for 4 years without being messed with....i put a battery in it and it crunk within a half of round....pretty awesome considering its been sitting so long....3 of the 4 tires are still aired up....and its ready to go to work....and the owner say 24 mpg all day long....so i ask for a price.... he says 3500 and you can have it...so i now have a cummins powered square....plans as of now....swap to dually hubs, mount dually fenders, swap my bag stuff over, and swap bent body panels so i can paint it quick....the a/c still works on this thing....man o man im in heaven....already have plans that not this weekend but next the mayham will begin on swapping everything over....no bodydrop this go round but ill gladly swap a bodydrop for a Cummins swap
my dually as it sits
