A couple more pics of what was done last night. I mounted the tanks, and fill valves, while Trey worked on fabbing up the compressor mounts.

Oh yea, and here is a pic of the car I had to wake up at 5 this morning and drive to Austin to go buy for my wife. With the price of gas now days, we had to get a comuter car for her to drive to work. Her z-71 is killing us.

I wish I didnt have to buy it, but momma didnt say shit when I told her I was bagging the dually, so I couldnt say shit when she told me she wanted a small convertible car to drive back and forth to work. I just kept my mouth shut, and found the best deal on one I could find. Believe me, I would have much rather spent the $$ on some new 19" wheels.

Weddings add up fast. I could have bought her a brand new car for the $$ we spent on ours. You know them women....gotta have a big wedding.

Back to the subject of the dually.........I didnt know longer U bolts were so hard to find. We needed some that were atleast 12" long, and the closest we could get were 11 1/2" or 14". So I finally found some at Napa, but they had to order them from a Napa store in New York. Well, after waiting a week, they finally came in today. Bad thing is they are pretty damn proud of em. They ended up costing me almost $130. I would have told them to keep em, but I didnt know where I could get another set. Oh, and they are 7/8 u bolts also. One thing is for sure, the rear end asembly on this truck is gonna be stout!!
