Peeled the previous company lettering off the doors and bedsides. Naked again and looking much better! A little bit of the paint peeled off in weak spots but overall still in good shape.

I couldn't stand looking at the beat-up old Chevy grille that was stuck on there so I slapped on a good used OEM GMC grille and some new corners and park lamps; grille needs to be painted black and I've got another set of clear OEM style corner lenses coming in. Also need to polish up the headlights.

Almost looking like my extended cab's big brother again.

On a whim I mounted an air dam to the bumper; I think it looks pretty good and will probably pick up one for this truck - but a regular solid one, not the style with the tow hook holes. Trucks above 8,500 lb GVWR didn't come with the air dam from the factory, for whatever reason.

Little update, got rid of the nasty rotten old steering wheel, replaced with a brand new OEM piece from the dealer.

Way nicer than a grubby work truck deserves.

Also installed an air dam under the bumper. I do think the solid one looks better on this truck.

Minor update...

Picked up some brand new 3500HD door handles since mine are looking a little ragged.

Removed the goofy old school light bar, looking much better now.

Installed some new LED markers with new seals (yes truck is still filthy)

And shiny brand new Muncie 7 GPM hydraulic pump! (old one is ready to croak)

Installing some of this stuff is gonna have to wait until it's not absolutely roasting outside. Could be a while. :p

i rather be roasting at this moment at this moment we have the wettest summer since the 1800ths
good to see you spending some cash on that beautiful truck , are those lightbars needed for law or can you do some flush fit xenon strobelights around the truck at about hipheight
" target="_blank
the space between the headlights and the bumper is about ideal to put that type of flashlightsystem in and you could put orange/amber xenonstrobes in two of the rooflights

We're in drought here, you can send us some rain. Seriously in trouble here with the lack of it!!!

No emergency lights required here unless working wrecks, which I don't do.
