Are the wheels chromed steel or chromed aluminum? If they're aluminum I'd see if someone can strip the chrome off and just polish those bitches up. The caps can be ditched or replaced...now if the wheels are chrome steel I'm with you, dump those bitches.
Roll-down rear window? Sounds cool, can you post some pics inside/out? I'd be interested in what kind of setup it is. The only other kind of window I've seen offered for this body style besides the typical 3 and 4 piece manual sliders is a 3 piece power slider from C.R. Laurence, had one in a '92 extended cab. It worked OK for a while but the motor got weak. You can get replacement parts for that setup from C.R. But it's still just a sideways slider, not a roll-down.
BTW those clear extended cab windows are rare as hell, usually from 88-early 94 they are bronze mirror tint, then they switched to dark smoke tint from late 94-up. The window frame changed then too, to a glue-on thing with a built-in gasket and latch. The older style like yours rivets on and the gasket slips onto the body sheetmetal. Anyway point I'm making is that glass is rare so take care with it. It's nice to have so that you can tint it to match the door windows exact and not end up with color mismatch, real hard on 88-early 94, a little easier on late 94-up since factory tint on them is kind of close to 20%.
A very few late 94-up trucks came with the clear windows too, generally base model work truck type units. I had a '95 extended cab longbed 2500 parts turck with them. Oh and finally the first couple years of these trucks also were offered with a clear extended cab window that didn't open, was just glued in place. 1988, maybe 1989 as well. Kinda goofy, like a Ford.
