I did some research on the rear window and it looks like a California Breeze rear window. They went out of business a few years ago and I dont know where to get replacement parts

hey I found this..... this guy figured out how to do it, an has pretty much the whole thing lined out

I just looked at the rear window and it says Power-Lite on it. I can't find anymore info on it.

yes, it will say powerlite on it, but as richard(someotherguy) previously posted, that window was made by C.R. laurence. i believe around 25 years ago or so. ive heard its difficult to locate replacement parts due to them not making them. dont quote me on that, just what ive read. as far as new seals and ect, im sure with a trip to local glass store, you could proably make some/get some made. and with internal parts, well start searching or get creative haha

Yeah I was looking if this would work

I will take off the cover and look at the window but I think the guy has the window in but the mechanism out so there is something wedging the window up so it seals. I am not sure if it is worth the hassle to find parts or just get an OEM window

Oh, I was saying my slider was made by C.R. Laurence, I have no idea if they made this guy's roll-down window. They called the slider a "PowrSlider" or something like that so yeah the name is similar, so that Power-lite may be their product, too.

Watch yourself with that Hoffman Group (Autoloc) stuff; it's not very good quality.

o, my bad richard. i misread your post. haha but i looked it up and they said they also made that product.

Well that is good to know about autoloc. I will keep looking. Maybe I can just get a bronco rear window motor and mechanism and still use the C. R Laurence window and channel.

Here are some pics of the rear window.
