K3500 = 4WD, C3500 = 2WD. Mine's 4WD. I just cranked up the torsion bars and measured the toe. Didn't even have to adjust it and it didn't start pulling or anything. My buddy starts at a chevy dealer next week, so I'll probably see if we can throw it on their alignment rack. It doesn't exactly fit on the one Audi has (where he currently works) lmao.
Oh, BTW, if you ever have any tech questions on the 6.5, there is a huge knowledge base at dieselplace.com/forum
There are all kinds of cooling upgrades that you can do, mostly based on swapping on the '97+ (I think) stuff, like the dual 'stat housing from the later 6.5 and a 7-blade fan from the D-max. Mine runs just fine without the holes or any cooling upgrades. I've yet to haul/tow a heavy load for long distances though.
The oil lines are a HUGE known issue with these motors. The factory fittings suck and blow off, quickly evacuating your engine of its oil. Lubrication Specialists sells a kit with braided stainless lines and a new cooler that fixes the problem. You can also try to piece something together thru a hydraulic shop, but at $125 for the kit, it's almost not worth the headaches unless you are already familiar with that kinda stuff.
'93 is a good year for the 6.5, in that it was the last year for the mechanical injection pump. '94+ got the electronic pump with a "PMD" (pump mounted driver) which gets hot, burns out, and leaves you stranded. But we don't have to worry about that little gremlin
