oh yeah and that was the stock lenght SRW axle...i would claim it on the old ladys insurance and let them buy you a SRW rear if she had any....but i know the SRW and DRW brakes are differant if you plan on running stock 16s it wont work without some changes...i run 22s and didnt have any problems....also if your gonna run 4 24s or 22s on back you can keep the stock SRW studs....if you gonna run a stock 16 inner and adaptors with semis your gonna have to get longer studs cause there not long enough for the 16 and adaptor to mount of on stock studs....just a few mor elittle things to expect as you build....i learned all this by trial and error on my truck and from some info on dually scene....just keep the questions coming we will answer best we can

yea fellas i like the idea of the srw rear. just have to add the longer studs for the dual rear wheels. i will be running 4 24s in the back. i had considered having extra drive ability issues in the rear having the suspension moved to the inside but comegetsome i was in hopes that a watts link would straighten those issues out some. i was in hopes it would give it extra side to side support. im not dead set on a full back half but from the existing notch back maybe. im going to post pics here soon and ill post more once i get the cab off the frame an get started. if i dont atleast refinish the frame i wont have one at all in ten years or less its so rusty and pitted. its lived on the gulf coast all its life well a majority anyhow. i PLAN to never get rid of the truck same shit i said about all the other rides i built but im serious about this one. thanks fellas

You don't need longer studs when running 4 semis as it is only the adapters that get bolted on to them.

yea thats true wideload i didnt think about it till after i made the post. the adapters has the studs in it for the dual rear wheels. my bad. thanks for lookin out to. nice truck by the way.

I was curious about what studs need to be used if you are running 16" inners with 22" outters on the back.
