Heres updates on truck. Ended up cutting control arms and installing 3" cups into them using 8.50" i.d. pipe. Grinded then Por15. Truck sits at approx 3.75" from laying out. My friend decided to temporarily stick with the stock 16" wheels and put some lower profile tires on. So those came back last night got 5 out of 6 of em. He had them painted by a buddy of his buddy...(so a friend of a friend) who could hook him up a good deal. Supposed to be white came back with a piss yellow hue to them. When he asked his buddy whats up with them the response was.."Yeah...he dusted them with a yellow pearl" Um.... Bullshit.. No thats called a bad clear job. What do you think?? Other than that the white wheels with 60's series tires will look pretty good. Now started to mock up four link and rear bag set up. Ended up also having to re fabricate notch bridge due to poor planning on my part. Well heres the pics-

so what does the front suspension consist of as of now....when I first started bagging/body dropping my truck we pulled the front coils out and it was only a 1/2 inch from laying frame....that was stock arms and 3 inch spindals...and that was on 22s with 265/35 tires(29.3 inches tall)....I dont see why yours is so far from laying frame at 3.5 inches

mine looked the same way. But i didnt have drop spindels on it. Then i recessed the l.c.a's and installed 3in drop spindals and that corrected it. (Laid the frame on the ground) But definately great progress man.

let me clarify. Suspension on the front is Bags, 3" drop spindles, and the lca's are recessed 3 inches. As for the 3" from laying frame its caused from I can let the front of the truck support its own weight due to the fact that I dont have the bags lines hooked up yet and no shocks either. To add to this My damn jack is stuck under the front cross member and just have been too lazy to look for other jack points. However just a bit ago when I was planning out the rear suspension it looks as I am going to have to cut out the crossmember after the carrier bearing for driveline clearance. Is this correct? Also it appears I may have to drop the carrier bearing down some? Any suggestions would be great
