98 dually short bed laying rockers on 24''

does anyone knows if i can fit a 16'' dually wheel on a srw axle with disk brake convesion? im using a 4.10 srw axle but i want to use steel wheel insde since those have brand new tires. i hace all 24'' but 2 need mill and tires. just wondering if anyone done that.

well im ready to paint the frame this week if posible last thing im doing is adding a towing hitch to it before i paint it. i might need it down the road who knows. cant wait to see it layed out for the first time.

color on the frame is brown but looks black on the picture .

links and rearend are going to be differnt color. i have priemed all the links already but need to do the rear end.
