nah they don't work that fast they actually sit there for a couple of days sometimes but you have to beat the other pickers to the parts the drivetrains go first they usually run 350.00 for engine and tranny so people always yank those out

come to think of it if you could find some LQ7 engine for that price youre pretty whell of if you manage to get the cpu and cables with it

no luck on the doors only ones there were rusted out and one of our local junkyards wanted 75 a shell so I got ye old body hammer and crow bar and managed to get them back into shape and said goodbye to the drip rails

Good build, I like the med bed approach to your build. Kinda recognized your dads old truck, maybe that's because I grew up in Del Rio. I painted at the Ford dealer and had my first bodyshop there, that was back in the 90's. Good luck on your build, and keep up the good work!!

Finally got the new mounts on I moved the cab back about 1 1/2 for better clearance for the tires and distributor without having to tub it but I had to make new mounts on the cab since the frame was welded up already
