Went to the shop today it was off the lift. It lowers down to where the tires r sitting on the fender wells. So first order of business is of course start removing fenders. Yep that was without the 22s. The fronts fit fine with hem but the back they stick out about 5 inches past the fenders. So the 16" alcoas r rocking til i start the fender extension

just got some pics of the truck layed out. frame is about 4 inches. the fenders and all are still stock nothing has been cut out yet. me and momma are headin g to vegas right now for our anniversary but when i get back i am gonna start cutting the rear fender wells out and then take off the dually fenders and start building them. looks like ill be sporting 22s minus fenders in the rear. wont be the first time. oncei get the rear all cut out and done ill start up front.

i know i will have to relocate some things and pull the stock front fender wells up front. so we shall see!

Well me and more momma get back from vegas tonight. Truck should b back home tomorrow. I cant tell ya how glad i am for that! First order of business will be to start cutting the rear to account for the 22s the fenders r coming off and the rims r goin on. Im also gonna cut the inner wells so she will be able to sit down. More to follow. Sorry just had to display my excitement!!!!

do not...i repeat do not cut out the rear inner fenderwells....they are bolted in take and extra 10 minutes and unbolt them.....they are all the same size bolt and theres really not that many of them....then when you get the truck to the lowness you want you can make simple spacers and space them back up off bedfloor and reinstall them for stock appearance....front fenderwells simple unbolt too and then you can trim the actual fender where it needs it...heres an example except your spacers wont be that tall...if you even need them at all

well i went ahead and pulled the two inner fenders off. simple enuf, pulled all the bolts out. also got the driver side outter fender off. my gosh if you have yet to pull these, then plan for an afternoon of seating ur ass off, and cursing the rest of the time. Ended up cutting four inches off the inner bed metal, which proved to be to little, i stopped for the day and snapped some pics...

its still sitting on the jacks so the tires are about an inch off the ground.

front is gonna be a lil lower, its sitting on the inner of the body fender in the pic, i wanna cut that inner piece out to bring the front down a lil more, the bags will let out in the front about another 2 inches
i also need to relocate that vacuum container thing, not sure the proper nomenclature...my bad. the rear is sitting on the inner piece of the bed, i am gonna trim some more out tomorrow.

i dont think this matches, i like the idea of having the stock inner fender, but that spacer doesnt fit to me
