75 Dually Project - 22s and stylin

Just a quick update. My oldest is getting married!! Thus my time, and especially my money has been dedicated to that event lately. So the truck is sitting and waiting for me to get back to work on it. However my bank account needs a serious injection of capitol before I can even think of pulling out that debit card any time soon! Lucky for me most of the things I need done are just time related, body work, finish the interior, etc. I already have most of the items waiting to go on, just no time at the present to do any of it.

Still here! Still working on the truck on occasion... Most of my time has been getting ready for my daughter's wedding. If I can figure out this new forum I will post some updates, but so far I cannot figure out how to upload pics.

OK I'm back! The wedding is all done, daughter is now married, and dad is back on the dually!!

I got to thinking over the past couple of weeks about the rear suspension. I am going to install a 4 link from Thorbros. I saw some of there stuff at a show early this year and was very impressed with the workmanship. So in a week or two I am going to order it. In the mean time I am going to be prepping the rear to accept the new 4 link. Should be interesting.

I cannot tell you how happy I am being back in the shop playing with my truck.

So the dually has not moved all summer. Tonight I got the air ride hooked back up and functioning. At least the dually can move again under it's own power. Now I can get one of my cars in the shop and fix it's failing oil pump. Man that truck takes up a lot of room!

I just read through every word of this thread and I'm stoked about building my recently acquired 91 cc dually. Amazing work on you build. Wish I had a quarter of the skill of you gentlemen.

BigWil - Glad to have another guy building a square dually! Righteous truck bro! Make sure you start a thread on your ride so the rest of us can follow along. Plus it makes a great thread to help you out when you get stuck. That is the great thing about this forum is that there are so many guys who have already done it and have shown the way. This will save you a ton of dough in the long run. Most of us just copied the first guy who did it right!! LOL! I look forward to your progress, Keep up the good work!
