75 Dually Project - 22s and stylin

I got the notch welded in on mine this weekend. Do you know what the pinion angle should be? How you had any problems with the drive shaft? I'm trying to figure out the gap on the slip joint. Didn't measure before I pulled the leafs.

The pinion angle is actually fairly easy. On 2 piece drive shafts the pinion center line angle is to be at the same center line angle as the drive shaft connected to the transmission. This is straight out of the Dana website. Had to dig for it, but that it what they say. I suggest you go look for the info on their website it will help you a ton.

As far as the ash tray eLevel fab. No it was not my idea, I stole the idea...

A couple USB ports frenched on there would look clean and keep the "cigarette lighter" function

im digging the 4-link kit, that's the one ive been eyeballing for awhile. what sizes tires are you running?

265's up front and 285's in the rear.

Wheels look good. Did you have the rear load sensing valve on the brakes? If so what did you do to get rid of it?
