i know there ready made fenders for 22 inch duallies that sell between 525 and 800 dollars a set

i wonder how mush it would cost to make a set of moulds once youre fenders are done and have youre buddy that doesnt care about glasfiber start churning them out by the set on order

thanks luifer and getsome just tryin to plug away on my long list of things to do...somedays it feels like no end in sight...
hey whatayaknow i looked for fenders but couldnt find any that were wide enough so i decided to dive in and go for it! maybe if we had more time we could produce fenders .. i think there was a guy on here who was gonna do stretched fenders, i forget his name but i think he has a custom shop

i wouldnt buy them myself , at least not in the states the shipping alone is pretty high it would be cheaper to HAVE them made here (not even touching fiberglass with a 10 foot pole)

still figuring stuff out but i have an idea of making my own C&C rear axle from a single wheel axle fitted with dually hubs , i have the townasty rims so there a bit narrower , and i'm planning on a static drop with dropped spindles in front and a flip kit in the rear , im going to fit my airride stuff on a second half ton pickup i have
i might get away with the whole dually fenders and just widen the bedsides themselves cutting the wole bed along the top , the waste line and the bottom belt line and along the fender flare itself and just starting to add strips of metal and piecuts intoo the mix to pump everything out , a little like the old widened racecars , prolly going need some extra bedsides for the curved parts though
