Got all my parts dove blue last night.. I'll give em another day to dry before I install.. Polished rivets??? Black rivets on the dove blue? screws for easy access.. provided no tire issues. I think I have some allen head stainless screws...



Gonna put a chevy grill back in.. I am gonna paint it L31 later.


and 2 more valances.. I'll trim another inch off this time.. and the last can just be for incase...



Just got back from the hardware store.. LOVE driving my truck... just over 100 psi up front, and just under 40 in the rear.. Like a caddy......

Question for you guys who are more knowledgeable than I... When you 4 link don't you need a panhard or watts link to locate the rear end laterally?

Feels sooo good to be finally posting and working on my rig.. Lurking and looking isn't nearly as fun as posting up progress... I like to get shit done.. and I like my shit done.. not in project mode.. so it motivates me to get it done..

I do have a little advantage.. as.. I have a hell of a shop to work in.. I build Volkswagens most the time... I am a VW guy at heart... But have lusted after one of these big badd ass trucks for along long time.. I finally made it happen.. So happy with it.. If I can find some of my old duallys I'll post some pics up.. But nothing as awesome as this rig.

Got my grill painted and found an old emblem I have been carrying around for 10 years.. Polished it up...
