Your axle will have the same lug pattern as the adapters pretty sure all Chevy 8 lugs the r the same throw up some pics of your truck

Yea he bolted it straight up to the 3/4 ton front.....only problem with that is that its to narrow.....you won't be able to turn but about half a round to the right before your left tire hits the steering box.....thats why if you run the SRW stuff you need to extend the control arms.....he run that just to take his truck to a show....he hasnt driven on that setup

Yea now it makes sence...im more of a static drop type of guy n thought mayb that would b to my advantsge but I guess its way to narrow
