I actually did, I got a broken neck, 2 breaks in my sternum and a compression fracture in my back, but able to get around and not in any real pain. Other car wasn't so lucky nobody wearing seatbelts and the 2 adults died but luckily the three kids in it are still alive. They blew through a red light must have been hauling ass cause I never saw them.
