Hey guys, me and a buddy of mine are building a B2000, at the mo we are working on a 5" roofchop then shortning the chassis and putting some kind of jap v8 in it, and who knows from there.

thanks guys, yer i plan on putting up heeps of pics as it gets done, mazdaman82 the wheels are factory wheels off a mitsubishi pajero, they look cool and they 18" wheels but everyone down here have them so we thinking bout changing them.

that would be a montero in the u.s. correct. i was gonna get some to put on my mighty max...maybe one day.

that is some sick work...i thought about a chop top but i have to get a glass source first...its expensive if you dont know anyone...atleast around here...

thanks for the coments guys, iv seen alot of single cab short wheel base trucks with the pumped guards, can someone please measure the wheel base coz we only get the long wheel base trucks in NZ and we shortning our chassis to look like the ones you guys get. are the pumped guards standard or do they come on 4WDs and you put them on ya 2WDs?

The "pumped guards" or fenders are standard on 4x4 models. As far as the wheel base goes, someone else will have to chime in.

is this the bed you guys are going to use?

if so just measure the distance between the front of the bed and the cab then leave about an inch for clearance between the two. take that much outta the frame and boom there ya go
