Its worth what someone will pay for it, personally I wouldn't touch that truck unless I knew your quality of work and could be assured I wouldn't run into a million little problems I'd have to fix.

This coming from a guy who got rid of a truck that he had traded another one to get and had nothing but problems with it and everything needed to be re done and instead of fixing it traded it off for another one that needed work...

I plan to bag mine but having bills and moving across country followed by being un employed for 4 months really puts a damper on being able to buy parts and work on my truck. Not to mention a front end collision that totalled my truck put me behind in being able to bag it as well. Know the facts before you open your mouth.

Oh and I already know where I'm planning to get my 4 link from, I know where I'm going to order bags from, and I know where I'm getting my mount brackets from. not to mention I already have my frame z'd which it's one step closer, and in order to bag my truck that means I won't bee able to drive it while I'm bagging it which means I have to have a second ride to still be able to get to the new job. Last year I bought a replacement truck to drive while I rebuilt mine, And sold it to move, and bought my girlfriend a truck. Bagging right now isn't a priority, but it is still panned.

2500 isnt a bad price for a truck thats bagged and bodied. even though i think its 2.5 not 3.5 haha. there is a ton of work that goes into a body drop. but it honestly depends on the scene in your area and the quality of work,. and if they body work is good its worth 2500 easy IMO

and the mileage wouldnt bother me too much. as we all know the motor is slow and has its problems but they run forever.

Lol the mileage isnt a factor because a factory mazda 2.2 is junk whether its got a 150k on it or if it was just rebuilt. They are just a poorly designed engine.

If it's a fresh motor, or rebuilt right I'm looking st the fact that it shouldn't need much maintenance the first few years other than your basics. As opposed to needing a clutch and needing a water pump, alternator, gaskets or anything really... The less I'm gonna have to spend on it in the short term is more what I was thinking as far as high mileage vs low mileage
