The bedliner is a U-Pol Raptor spray-in I got from TP Tools. The entire kit was around $100 on eBay. Took only an hour or two to spray it in. The prep work is what takes time - I sanded the entire bed with 80-grit, primed everything that was bare metal with some high-dollar primer, and spent a lot of time masking everything off.

The U-Pol kit comes with the spray gun, bedliner, and activator. I have some scratches in it because I hauled stuff too soon. I would say at minimum 2-weeks in the hot sun before it is anywhere near cured-out. On a hot sunny day I can still smell the chemicals in the box!
Gotta add a shot of my favorite upgrade, given the AZ temps...
