New owner 2nd b series owner

I'm 8 hours into this purchase and I feel like I'm 17 again when I had my first b series. It was by far my favorite vehicle bc it was my first. Pics aren't very good bc my garage is tiny and I have my pit bike, my gixxer and the Harley in there too. Cheers to being a mini trucker again!

Cool! My second "shift" started about 6 years ago, and has gained some serious momentum.......just ask my wife!

Now all I have to do is stop buying m/c parts. I bought a brand new 04 mustang gt, a 88 fox body, my harley, my gixxer and so many other vehicles but I have never been so stoked like I am with this truck. Maybe it b/c I'm 32 now and I feel like this is the same truck I bought when I was 17. I feel like a teen again, looking at car stereo stuff and mini truckin magazine. I always say I'm gonna keep this vehicle to the wheels fall of but the gixxer is the only one I still got. I think this one is gonna have a life long parking place by my bike.

Ok so I went to the pull-a-part to snatch some miata parts and the guy at the front asked what I was looking for and I told him b series trucks but they didnt have any so miata parts. He then said, " we just stuck a 87 b2000 out there on sunday ". I couldn't believe what he just said b/c I never get lucky......ever!! So I walk forever to the back of the yard where nobody is gonna find this thing. There she was a 87 single cab with red paint and was completely intact minus the drivers door. Matter of fact this thing is in better shape than the one I just bought. So when I go to to j/y's I go without any tools b/c thats when they will have exactly what I need. (I'm a little superstitious) I jogged back to the truck and drove home to get my tools and hurried right back. I have stripped this thing down and got every decent part off of it. Here are some pics of my buckets seats i just put in. I also got inst. cluster w tach, cam and rocker arms, interior panels ETC.

nice. clean truck man. never seen the stripe like yours. theres a truck I always get stuff off of. first time I went I asked if they had one, they said no, but I had a feeling there was one somewhere within the 800 cars they had, and I was right. It was literally the furthest car away from their garage. when I came back up the hill with a driveshaft, he just claimed a price, didn't even ask what it came off of. still hasent asked and i gotten parts off it 4 or 5 times now.
