How old is the thermostat?

How did the sensor on the bottom of the radiator look? Did you clean it real good? Did you run any flush threw the motor? Are you 100% sure you got all the air bubbles out of the cooling system? Is the fan working correctly (not worn out, if it spins more than two or three times after you shut the motor off the clutch fan is bad). When is it getting hot, while driving on the freeway or in stop and go driving?

There could be a bunch of reasons. And we're are you getting the temperature readings from.

I got the temp readings off of a heat gun I bought. It gets hot regardless of how your driving doesn't matter if your moving or not. I ran flush through it. And I had replaced clutch fan prior to the radiator work. I also replaced. Thermostat. As well as temp sensor. Switch. Also I've checked the timing. I was told if it was off it could run hot

What's wrong with 188F?

I've got a 192/195F stant thermostat in my B2200, and I am in Arizona.

Under 210 and you should be fine. Sometimes the gauges read a little high, meaning that the sensor is on it's way south. On B2200/B2000 the sensor for the gauge is below the thermostat, one wire.

You took the words right out of my mouth!

With engine temperature, cooler is NOT better. You need to get to operating temperature fast, as there's more wear at cold temperatures. Yes, "too hot" is bad too. The temperature you state you have is good.
