i was just wondering who all out there is NOT planning to bag their mazdas....it has just always baffled me to see people go all out and leave stock suspension...im not hatin i was just curious who all doesnt plan to bag..

me i plan to replace the bump stops with bags but the main suspension will still be in place (im gone run airshocks as well) the reason i dont wont to even take a chance of a bag busting running out of air valves sticking (it gets cold here sometimes) with a stock setup i wont have to worry about it messing up its held for 19 years with a little cleanup it will hold for anthor 19 years or more

i doubt i will bag the one i have now. its my daily truck and bags are just something i have to worry aboutin the winter and such. plus my frame isnt that great, and im worried about the long life of it.

a cheap solution to bags is airshocks, I used to have them before I got bags and it is something you can run with stock suspention.

are those hooked up to air lines and a tank? how do they work?

back in the day before bags we had to run air shocks. It is the same concept just less money. when we were running them there wer'nt any compressors so most guy's ran with a bottle. And the valves were stuff you made from home depot. There were a couple of guys that were ahead of there time back in 93 used a ford fulsize air condition pump as a engine driven compresor. People forget how it used to be before bags

I have some of my dad's old mini truckin mags.. its crazy to see how a hardbody w/ air shocks and z71 rims made a feature in the magazine lol. But you can use lever manual valves or run eletric valves.. there just isn't as much travel with air shocks as there is with bags. And if you do it right.. your really should never have a major problem.

you can get up to a foot or more of travel with air shocks.
