Air shocks can get huge lift. I also rember guys like 10 years ago running industrial air cylinders with manual valves. The best setup that I rember is a dude with an green 85 grand prix on cylinders with the valves between the seats. Instead of just using the regular handles he used beer tap handles. It was awesome. I know I have picks of some bad ass old rides, I'll dig them up and post em'.

Not me,my last one was bagged and I wasn't really impressed. I also had a S- Blazer that was bagged and it blew a front bag on the highway. I am more of an old-schooler and like to static drop everything to the ground and drag all over the place and help flatten out the local roads

NOT ME, I HAVE THE 3" DJM LOWERED CONTROL ARMS, 3" BELLTECH LEAFS, RUNNING TOXIC SHOCKS ON ALL 4 CORNERS. I AM GOING TO PUT A SMALL TOWING BAG SETUP ON THE REAR SO I CAN HAUL A SMALL TRAILER FOR MY BIKE AND NOT MESS UP MY LEAFS. I AM ALSO GOING TO CHANGE OUT MY SWAY BAR FOR THE LARGER BEL TECH ONE, AND ADD THE REAR BELL TECH ONE TOO. I WANT IT TO HANDLE LIKE A RX-7 BUT BETTER, SINCE I'LL HAVE THE HP, I WANT IT TO STICK TO THE ROAD!!

That sounds like something i'd like to do, can't afford bags, Don't have the time to fool with bags it's my daily driver. Your setup does sound good though how much and where do you find all that stuff??

I too am more of a handleing and performance kinda guy. Being able to haul stuff is a must, along with towing small boats and stuff. when I can afford to have 2 daily trucks, you know 2 I can really depend on, then I would like to have a killer toy, even then It would probably a V8 set-up over a bagged suspension. But much appreciation to those sleds hittin switches.

i can't wait for the day when i can bag and drag every truck i'll ever own!! (not counting my 4x4 ranger, i'd like to lift that about 8" straight axle the front and get 35's) my fiancee just got a 88 or 89 mazda std cab and we're planning to build a new bodydropless frame for that, ... and hardline the airlines, possibly 4.3 vortec, IRS, canti setup, shaved firewall floor and back cab wall, etc... it's hers!!!
