My Truck Is Gone Now!! :(

I have been triing to get help with my tranny as it went out... remember this was a truck from my mom before she passed on.... I did a lot of work to it and it has come down to this:
Me and my wife are getting divorced and my truck is in Wilsonville, Or. broke down at the place my father is staying at currently. Well the truck was put into her grandpa's name as I was at work and couldn't be at the dmv to get the title switched and things. Well the wife said she is going to go pick it up, and then fix it and sell it!! And there is not a damn thing I can do about it... It takes a cold hearted person to do this.... Guess I will have to start over again some other time after I get on my feet....
Had to Vent, as I am very pissed and depressed about the whole thing.....

thanks guys... It is not easy having to deal with all this crap... You are right about what comes around goes around... She picked up my last check from my old job while I was in oregon on vacation and signed my name on it and cashed it, then sold all of my stuff... I have to see if that is forgery and things in the state of washington? Was told since we are married she can do that, but I think otherwise.... Things will work out as I am looking into a new project next year and Maybe her grandapa will understand....

get to her grandfather after your truck, before she does! i mean fast...things dont last forever, but you know...if it was ment to be let it go, if it comes back it was ment if it doesnt it was never ment to be.

Yeah that is very true..... Well the relationship was not meant to be and I know this cause I went on vacation a month ago to Oregon... And 2 weeks later she had a new Boyfriend and things.... I am not gonna try and talk her into leaving him for me... If she could do that and everything else then it is better to not be together... Ya Know what I mean??

damn dude that sux! it does take a cold hearted person to take someones truck that was passed on from a deceased family member. talk to her g'pa and tell him the whole story you told us awhile back. if he has a good heart it should be no big deal to him, ya know? hpe everything works out for you man, good luck!

as i have learned in life, things may not always work out the way you want, but in the end they will work out, she has done you very very wrong from what you have said, it will all come back to her in the end, if you cant get on your feet right now, so be it i know the truck has sentimental value, but dont put yourself further back just to get it when its not running anyway. i am pretty sure that her signing your check without your permission is forgery no matter how you look at it, talk to a representative at your bank or your local council person. even if you had a joint account she still forged your name and that is illegal, i really hope that things work out for oyu in the end which im sure they will, just let life take its course, the more you fight it the harder it will get she will get hers in the end karma is a bitch bro!
