since I didnt want to put my 2wd mazda down to work on it, I picked up my friends 88 b2600 4x4 to do some off-roading in. it has a 2" body lift with 32" tires. I believe it also has pathfinder rims on it, that will have to change cuase I hate chrome. but, I am going to put a weber on it, maybe some headers or d50 manifold and do some off-roading to see where I get stuck before I swap in a solid axle.
I will be doing the offroading this winter so by next summer, when it would be nice to drive my 2wd, I will start on the 4x4 swaping in a solid axle from a wagoneer. I'll leave it a 2600 till I need more power, then I will swap in a 302 or go mopar with a 318, depends on how much torque I need.
I get some pictures up when I get it home. It has a decent body, I just picked up some extra manual hubs, buckets to replace the bench, a slider rear glass. I also took my dads brush guard off his truck to put on my mazda, it has fog lights, and I some 2 more I am going to put on. It is a standard cab, it looks pretty awesome, a mean looking 4x4.
