do they mix or should they be left to tuners? I have been doing some research into building carbon fiber body parts and interior stuff, but I just dont know if it would look right on my truck.

so what do you guys think? If you saw a bagged mazda with a carbon fiber hood, or custom CF grill, ect. what would you think?

I am also thinking of making a mold of my 4x4 standard cabs plastic pillers and doing them in CF.

I know CF looks good on tuner's, as I will prolly be building custom fenders and hood, maybe bumpers for my sisters celica, but I am just unsure for my trucks.

i say leave it to tuners... CF was made to take weight off the bodies of racers... our trucks don't need to lose weight... specially when the drivers are bigger mini truckers...

Hey mike, CF is dope...just because tuners use it doesnt mean we cant... Kyle and I are using it on our trucks..he is doin a lil more extensive CF work than i am...but if you like it..go for it...

carbon fibre is pretty cool. it shows you put that that extra little effort into it. the stuff is light as hell, strong as an ox,looks great bare, and if you paint it,nobody will ever know. I think doing the interior plastics in CF would be cool. I'd like to see the centre bezel (vents, climate controls etc) done in CF. And definetly doing bodypanels in CF would be great too...no rust to worry about! haha

I say go for it man!
