Saw the old truck today :(

That's got to be a horrible feeling to have put all that money and effort into a nice ride and then to sell it and the new owner ends up trashing it. I guess they just don't give a shit since they didn't build it.

Yeah, I was hopin the person who bought it would want to "continue the legacy", but when I asked him that day all he said he wanted was lambo doors... and I hate lambo doors.. its for sale, maybe ill win the lottery or something and i can buy her back from the bad man haha

You guys really ruined my day to say lambo doors suck! I was actually thinking of doing it... I don't see whats so bad about them? But, everyone has a preference.

Not only are they totally useless,they look retarded too.

I remember one day I was coming out of Canadian Tire and walking up to my truck and this guy in a grey 2003ish Cavalier SEDAN parked like 2 cars away from me and I saw the door swing up as he was getting out and I looked at it like WTF and then he tried closing the door afte rhe got out and the stupid thing sagged like mad and he couldn't get it to line up and shut,and the whole time the door was opened up it was swaying like a leaf in a windstorm. I got in my truck and couldn't help but laugh.

The only cool major door mod is suicide doors,IMO.

I with you, suicide is waaaayyy cooler, and you dont have to worry about smacking your head on them! haha, your right hexors, its all opinion or preference...

we have a 88-98 chevy in our shop with lambo doors. they are the worst things i've ever seen. just like crazymikey said, they shake like a leaf, and when you go to close them they go down too far and you have to lift the rear of the door back up to close it right.
i know you haven't ever been to a socal truck show, but there's always 'lambo alley' where all the 'baller' trucks line up and show off like a bunch of grasshoppers. its the dumbest thing i've ever seen.
and then there's the homies with 800 tv's in their SUV with lambo front doors and gullwing rears driving around all open and playing. STUPID
But you're right, this is MY opinion.

i sold my 86 nissan kingcab with full hydro set up (ill post a pic of it someday)
it was my show truck,,,,anyhow when i was forced to sell it the kid who bought it has big plans for it......he got it repainted two days after he bought it via a pissed ex girlfriend and a can of krylon a week later i saw him in town and the fenders were both smashed he put on a set of wide wheels a freind of his had and hit the switches and dropped it down on the tires (what an ass) i havent seen the truck in a few years now but im sure its sitting in a back yard somewhere with weed grown all up around it.......

What makes someone take a sweet ride and just trash it? I will never understand that.
