finally got moved in...woohoo!!!

or no one is buying older houses. Here in FL the real estate market is mind boggling. Its in the biggest slump ever for used homes, but best ever for new homes. They are building smaller houses that are closer together, but cheaper than the older homes w/ a yard. Realestate is still a risk no matter what home you put your money into.. at least you can get most of that money back though. Congrats

thanks man. yeah, here too, everyone is buying the little homes on 1/4 acre lots, but i wanted land for my kids to play. the house we bought was built in 1976, i plan on doing a bunch of stuff to it and i can't wait to get started. just got to pay off this lawn mower i just bought first though.

in my town its booming! parents paid 92k in 1995 and now appraised at 305k in 2005
