possible eye surgery

well today i finally broke down and went to the hospital cause i had something embeded in my eye.... well they took there little die grinder style tool and ground what ended up being a peice of metal in my eye only to cut it in half. they got what they estamted to be 60 % of it outta my eye the other 40 % in stuck what they said was "deep" in my eye so there waiting to see if my eye will push out the remaining peice (which they also said not likely) they will try to pull the rest out but they beleive it punctured the back of my eye which if they pull it out andit did punture it they will have to do emergancy surgery... so there trying to look at the pictures of my eye and decide if there jut gonan do the surgery and be safe or try and pull it out and if need be rush me to emergancy surgery..... either way my eye hurts like hell ... and even inside or at night if theres lights on i HAVE to have sunglasses on my eyes are that sensitve

thats the crappy part i was actually wearing the safety glases they just have little openings at the top and bottom where they dotn fit tight to my face... hurts liek hell though

yeah i have had that happen before. that is what really sucks, when you are trying to stay safe and still get screwed.

sensitive huh???? i've had flash burn once it hurt to open or close my eyes...

I've had 3 incidents with my eyes over the course of 2 years in auto body.

1. Using a pick for a dent, I was prying so hard it slipped out, hit me in my safety glasses and gave me a black eye!
2. A buddy was using an air nozzle to blow off his sanding block and a pieces of bondo got in my eyes! Had to go to the ER to get 'em scrubbed out!
3. Flash burn from welding! My freaking teacher did'nt yell cover when he struck an arc and I was like 2ft away looking right at him! It was'nt too bad, but damn!

yeah they gave me a perscription for some ointment made the pain a little more dull but i can still fell the peice in the back of my eye... but oh well not gonan bitch just hope it comes out on its own... ive yet to ever have surgery why start now!!!!!!!!!
