The weld was made in one continuous motion.

I've been slacking but the notches are almost done. Just have to weld the bottom piece in on the drivers side.

Notches done minus grinding smooth and trimming the bottom off.

it shouldnt be hard to notch the front frame...

just get a 4" pipe section, weld it in...

and seth...

your built threads look good to...

actually it was an 8" pipe cut in half.
