hey robbie i have a question for you. is your tilt bed hydraulically actuated or manual? if hyd. do you have any pics of the cylinders? i am wanting to do a tilt bed on my 83 and i am trying to find the best way to do it. i am wanting to put an all wood floor in it and the nitrogen tank in the front mounted to the frame.

It didn't have anything on it at the time, but its going to be lifted by airbags.

what kind of bags? how much lift do you plan on getting? are you mounting a nitrogen tank to the frame? sorry for all the questions. haha. just trying to get an idea of how to go about doing mine.

I just bought some cheap 2600lb bags from aim for the dump bed. Not sure how high it would lift, if i tilted it back by hand it would almost go straight up and down. It will just depend on how I mount the bags. I'm not running nitrogen. I have 3 viair 380's.

cleaned up my garage alittle today and pulled the mazda in and got it up on jack stands. I'm fixin to order 2 more bags, 4 valves, and some 4link parts. I'm going to notch it build a 5-link, put my shocks on all the way around and go from there.
