cracked? what are you talking about he shaved the tailgate handle and cut out lil section for the l.e.d's to go at the top of the bed

yes I already have my tail light fillers just need time to put them in. leds are at the top of the tailgate just need to hook them up. The rollpan is just tacked on. I don't like it anymore so I am going to be getting a completely smooth one so I just tacked it in so I wouldnt have to do abunch of cutting to get it off. Oh and the leds are completely flush once I block the primer I will mask them off for base but clear over them so you can't feel them.

Makes sense. It just looks cracked in the pics because its tacked in. Looking good by the way.....the work anyways.

Heres a little idea of what I started with. When I bought the truck for $250 the driverside bedside was messed up bad so I took 2 bedsides and made 1 fixed all the dents and welded up the seams back by the tail lights.

few more pics. my bottle of welding gas and steel for the notch. redid my shaved door on my lunch break at work and my notch template.

got my leds all hooked up finally. custom classic sent me the wrong wiring harness but he sent me the new ones for free. these things are very bright at night to.

wasn't to bad. the led is only has 2 wires a ground and power and they send you a pigtail with it to basically make the led a 3 wire.

a pigtail that plugs into the factory mazda wiring? or did you have to figure out what wires were what?
