how the hell did it crack? too much pressure?

jsut shitty welds. they crack on the welds on the side. i just keep soaping mine up. I even tryed mounting it on rubber bushings but it doesnt help. When i rewelded it i hit it with a flap sanding wheel, 1 pass and the welds were off. They dont have enough fusion when they weld it and its very thin metal

back halved, and using square tubing, 2x3?
good stuff, Are you gonna gusset any of those load bearing angles on the new frame?
Im helping my buddy on his 87 s10 right now, teachin him some skills, we shaved his doors of the handles and locks and antenna is also no more, he was missing his door corner also but we made a new one. S10s are cool too. But Ive never had one.
