well minor update i bought my mazda back... and well i just increased the value of all your guys mazdas cause they are now 1 mazda rarer... i cut it up and took it to the scrap yard i origally sold the truck for 400 bout it back for 50 and scraped it for 150.. in the process i kept the 4link and various other peices ill post some pics then

howcome you cut it up and didnt finish it?

Per LowBlownRanger's request. These are Buick hood hinges. For this setup, the hinge mount at the fender was swapped from one side of the factory hinge to the other to allow for a better mounting at the fender. The attachment to the hood is adjustable to allow for proper alignment.

If you look closely at the second pic you can see the flat stock at the back of the hood. This slides into the opening left by the factory hinges. This keeps the back of the hood from bouncing up and down. The factory hood latch holds the front of the hood. (sorry for the large size - not very good at cropping pics).

Well after researching the subject and how to: on how to suicide my hood on the ranger well heres my outcome enjoy !
