More stuff

k,so,got the new tires on during the week,205/40/17....then got pulled over with my clear tail lights,so I painted 'em so the cops don't take my licence plates or stop me and get all snoopy and find other reasons to pull my plates.

I actually really like the look of them painted like this...but I still prefer them all clear.



My dad bought some exhaust tips for his Lincoln LS,but they didn't fit very well,and they just happened to find their way onto my truck...


And just a couple pics how low the truck is sitting with the new tires and the torsions cranked back down. My muffler is 2 1/4" from the ground,so I keep scraping it on stuff,so I gotta be real careful now.



What do you guys think of the tail lights now?

i love the new lowered stance tails are definetely diferent but i like em

man it looks so much better, i like the taillights, but prefer them the other way also

Thanks guys. I had my bulbs painted red with the same paint I used for my lenses (Duplicolor MetalCast anodized red). They were starting to fade and looked yellowy and not so red and nearly got my truck pulled off the road for it Friday night.

My new real red bulbs will be in tomorrow,so I will install them and take the paint off the lenses and see how much red shows through and how good they look,otherwise I'll repaint the lenses again. But hey,I'm all about being different. I may have the same parts everyone else does,but you gotta be different somehow,right?

your truck sits lower on the passenger side... i like the look of those tails better than all clear

yeah I know it sits lower on the passenger side. I didn't crank the driver's side down enough because I was trying to account for my weight once I got in the truck,but it doesn't really even out once I get it,plus the t-bolt on the driver's side is SO freakin stiff,but yeah,I'll get around to fixing that.

Definitely looks good...Its a shame you had to paint your Tail lights, but shit happens, its already removable.
