Definately looks like an interesting project. Many things wrong, but....
How clean is the extended cab window shave? Other than the bashed front fender is the rest of the sheetmetal good? Looks like the taillights are also shaved. A little rollpan R&R, a new fender and some paint and it looks like the body would good. I'm sure the suspension will be done right and if you already have a motor sounds like the start of a good project!

I would completely redo all the air ride on it before I even attempted to drive it, depending on the body condition and replacing that fender looks like a good project for $1000

Ya dead it went to shit I guess his word is shit too made a deal and couldn't keep it because some one came with cash but he still tryed to get me to do the work on his 57 and I told him the price and he said that it was to much so I say DEAD.
