new parts truck

So yesterday I just picked up this '89 ext cab for $500. Well,actually I don't pick it up till Thursday, but whatever,lol.

This thing has mint fenders and doors,a good cab,mint hood,but the inside of the box is rotten,but the outsides of the box are pretty decent.

Unfortunately it has a burgundy interior,but it is MINT! It's got tinted windows,solid back glass and it runs.

Once I pick it up and get a good inspection of the underside,I'll decide whether it's good enough to fix and sell,or just strip it for parts. I know I can end up using a bunch of the stuff on Pephen's truck,which I've just traded mine for,so really,I just ended up getting two trucks for $500.


These are all the pics I have till I pick it up. But looks pretty clean! The lady I bought it from wanted it gone ASAP because it was her son's truck and he passed away and it's just taking up space in her yard.

Ye haw now we have a virgin truck to chop up. I like it when no one else has touch them just like on prom night un touched and ready to be broken in.LOL HAhahahahahahahahahaha

so let me get this right c/m, you traded kermit for pep's truck & now you got to dig this one out of the snow to get it home....damn you can't miss a minute around here w/o stuff happening! I wouldn't get too involved in it if the trucks too far gone, you can deffinately make your money back plus some if you part it out....

if you do part it out, can i buy the snow off of it? we had it for 1 day and then sunshine the next day.

lol, i bet the shipping / import fees on that would be a pita!

i have a perfect bed, doors, hood, fenders and bumpers for it...just stop by seattle and grab them...LOL

good find mikey . Where did you grab that one from? Looks similar to one by railway tracks near my work area.
