honestly there is alot of similarities between them lance. they run basically the same engine and tranny. alot of suspension parts will interchange. as well as ignition and wiring systems. wheels, drums, and brakes. alot of shit is the same between them.

Makes me want to get my '63 Karmann Ghia out and work on it. It has the engine out of a 912 Porsche. is making a bag setup for them, so it may be coming soon.

okay you cant mention an old vw around me and not post pics. just got done puttin a bagged front beam in the 68 standard we got. now he just needs all the air management. runnin a check valve at the moment

Sorry dude . In all honesty I haven't seen the car in 5 plus years. It's in storage in a pole barn with a concrete floor, insulated and heated, so its all good. I think the last pics I have are some OOOOOLD ones I'd have to scan. I'll see what I can find. I've had the car since I was 18 and I'm old now LOL!
