i was at the scrap yard the other day and this woman pulled in in this saturn with aluminum stuffed in it. was stuffed out both windows and there was no back glass due to aluminum there. she opened the door and it started falling out. here is a few pics i snapped on my cell phone.

scrapping up here in Ny is nuts, i know tons of people who dont work anymore and just scrap! the crazy shit is that they make 500-1000 bucks a day

big money. i was half tempted to git myself a 3/4 ton and a trailer and start but can't afford either.

tax free! my friend gets paid by companies to scrap anything layin around they're property.

scrap yards are paying high dollar right now for all metals.... i took roughly 1000lbs of scrap brass and copper (im a plumber and this stuff has been collecting for 2 yrs from job demos) and got $1685 ..... its kinda scary it seems like thats where the economy is going in a sense... because so many people are stealing metals to take to the scrap yards..... thus causing a chain of actions that are costing a lot of people alot of money.... less people are working now a days because its easier to steal some one else's money (metal) and make a quick buck....

Aluminum is soo high right now that I would do the same if I had that much!

The scrap yard here is getting close to $400 a ton for just plain/misc steel!

Even more for Aluminum, Brass, Copper!

Its nuts, and if you prepare it you'll get even more!
