I found some trailer fenders and cut them to fit with a few patch panels but, honestly when i sit back and look at it i feel that i have sorta hacked it together just to get it done. your best bet if your able to weld and have the means to do so is find some 18/20 gauge steel and bend your own. start at the top and make the curve toward to inside of your cab depending on your rim/tire combo. after i finished mine my buddy put a small block in a toyota and built a firewall completely and built tubs the way i mentioned. much much cleaner. I personaly dont wanna present myself as such a hack therefore doing work twice.....i wish i had asked that question. it would seem that trailer fenders would be the obvious awnser but i beg to differ

Go to tractor supply and look at the trailer fenders and see if they have something that would work for you.

trailer fenders are made out of thick shit like 10 gauge or somthing. makes it real difficult to form it the way you want.

yeah that is really clean... I'm still trying to decide what to do... I bought a trailer fender today for 25$ just to play around with it see if I like it or not... I'm in not rush, I just want to make sure its gonna look good when I'm done no matter what I do...

just take yer time and really think about it, like what ya want out of em.
What steering raduis ya need etc.
"tubbin n dubbin" sound familiar,?
lol
BTW most trailer fenders I have seen are 16g, and yes it takes time like anything worth doing, but I wanted durability, LOW NOISE, and strength, cuz it repaced a lot of other structure in the front.
anything lighter than 18g would not recieve my OK, for what its worth. lol
Just think of how it would hold in a collision.
Wheel tubs in our trucks serve many purposes, so just put some extra consideration into a few o these points
Oh yeah, I bought a small windshield sprayer kit too. so that saved a ton o space and I can still clean my windshield!
FYI, Princess Auto, for fenders and wiper kit.

btw, I shape 14g all the time, patience and a good set of shaping tools, and knowing how to stretch the steel properly, to get the desired shape
