What Have you done to your truck today?

fought with putting the CD player below the heater controls in the dash. Would be nice but it sticks out about 2 inches

Bought a shifter factory shifter surround and two window cranks at the JY yesterday. Installed my new center console, and it is awesome! Then went to pick up a 2600i hood I was buying for $75 from a local and also got a set of chrome ext. door handles for $5 and a complete phtanom grille in need of some minor sanding/cleaning up and a replacement shell for FREE! Not a bad day for $80! Pics later.

Damn, I never get any good local deals. Lucky bastard! Congrats. You find anyone looking to get rif of a single can with a short bed dirt cheap let me know. Only concerned about a good solid cab and bed. Don't care about anything else (unless it comes with a windowless fiberglass shell).

got my frame buttonup on the drivers side. still have 1 plate left to weld in and then the bracket and gussets. then on to the passenger side

Jrock and I swapped out some lowered lwr control arms from a wrecked donor truck. Pulled the dash off, heater box, fan, ductwork and everything else of use, carpet too. Mines grey and stained this one is black, later on I may redo interior. Soon Jr. will powdercoat the arms for me, hopefully not Dayglo Pink and later this week my used drop shocks will arrive and BOOOOOOYEAH. Crap I have to buy some new lower ball joints don't want to reuse the old ones well maybe.

Just laid some more bondo on the hood...bout to go back out and finish sanding the last fender and door and primer it all...Then taking bed off to finish back of cab and to do shaving mods

well i have done two things over the past month with my truck. lets see first a put a stero system in my truck drove around for a month and then my timing belt broke. so for the last 24 hours i have had real fun taking off the front end of my motor to put this new belt on. a great learning experience on this, never done it before. kinda happened at a wrong time since im trying to move from one place to another. oh well just my luck!
