What Have you done to your truck today?

I fixed a lil leak I found. Drove it to the store and back

I got the parts, lubed up the cam, lightly honed the cylinders, installed the pistons, bolted on the cylinder head, valve cover, oil pan, intake/adapters/Weber (as before, removed as a unit), exhaust manifold, by-pass hoses (new from Mazda).

SETBACKS: front driver caliper and slave cylinder started leaking. I'm away for the weekend, picked up a free replacement slave cylinder, ordered a new lower clutch hose from Rock Auto (none available to be ordered at CarQuest or O'Reillys). Likely get back to it on Tuesday.

I pulled out the in tank assembly to hopefully fix my malfunctioning fuel gauge sending unit... Sorry no pics... What I did was open up the unit for the sending unit and saw that the metal tab wasn't making constant contact so the tab got behr back a little but and cleaned off the fins and put it all back together... Before I started my tank was reading empty... Currently reads just under 1/4 tank....will know if its working properly soon enough

finished making the brackets for the disc brake setup...

im a little late but, i just couldnt stand the the purple faded, peeling and bubbling tint anymore, so i re-tinted my windows last Saturday, there are some dust bubbles in it but nothing you can see from 3 feet away, and it only cost me 20$, i haven't done the rear window, im gonna swap it out for a solid one, i kept the slider in for now so i can open when i have a smoke

i dreamed about it...garage is still full of shit from moving
