Pie cutting upper control arms

Here is a pic of my UCA's that I pie cut.

STOCK ON LEFT AND PIE CUT ON THE RIGHT. It wound up being about 15 degree's different. But that will change with each application.


I cut mine from the top. Some people cut them from the bottom.

Thanks, i'm just a one man shop so i can keep my overhead down a little more than some of the bigger shops. I manually machine all the parts, no CNC here (I wish I did though, LOL). I buy all my steel in bulk, saw it, machine it, and weld it.
