Ok, and I assume that all of this would be based on line pressure? I wouldn't want that much stroke though, as I was hoping to not need new suspension parts like control arms, etc. I don't want too much of a drop because I am planning on using larger tires (not too much bigger, lol.)

Also, I don't want it to be too soft and floaty of a ride at the stock height. Being able to drive at the lower height I think would be cool as well, just to show off.

some one should run no air tanks , just the compressor hooked up to the first fill valve and t it to two bags would that work ?

I wouldn't, you're just opening your self up for problems. It's more than just the pressure you need a volume of air larger than what could be stored in an air line.

To make that work you would have to have a check valve on the compressor which most do, leave the valve(s) open for the compressor to inflate the bags, and also you have no reservoir so any time you needed air you would have to wait for the line between the valve and compressor to reach a pressure above what is in the bag unless you added a check valve for each bag.

stupid question here. With bags, do you run shocks as well???

Yes. Otherwise it feels like your in a boat whenever you hit a bump. You can go with any shock that has the right compressed and extended length, or Bilstein makes a line of shocks specifically for bagged trucks.

so for wanting a stock or slightly higher ride height I could supposedly use the stock shocks?
