i know one thing is i have gone through blower motors when it sits for more than a year when water leaks in

Hey jrock,
On that rear cam plug.......don't use RTV on it when you install it. The silicone acts as a lube on that rubber coated plug and it will ease it's way out every time! I loosen the rear cam cap bolts, make sure the bore that the seal sits in is oil free....spray some BrakeKlean back there and wipe it down good, lay the dry plug in place and tighten the rear cam cap bolts to spec. Be careful tightening those 12mm bolts, and don't tighten them more than spec. as they can snap off easily.

I used Permatex Aviation on my cam plug and the required surfaces for the valve cover gasket.

Yeah it was the front seal the rear plug has been fine so far.... As far as running iron circulation it stayed a tad warmer but not much still baffled by over cooling
